Black And White Mac Game Old House

This game would go back to the black and white or monochromatic days of Macintosh with hard floppies. It wasn't a particularly complicated game either. Nothing on par with Shadowgate, for example. You had to type in words to do a command or spell/attack/whatever. The graphic level reminds me of the old Wizardry game on an Apple IIe except that it had less depth perception. I want to say that it had something like 'dark', 'lair', 'maze' or some such thing, but I could be completely off my rocker. I am recalling this game from when I was a wee young child. Can anyone help?
